Our Golden Rules

1. Booking & Confirmation

• By making a booking, you agree to provide accurate and complete personal information as requested during the reservation process.

• A booking is only considered confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

• Tokyo Car Cruise reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our sole discretion, with or without providing a reason. In such cases, any payment received will be refunded in full, unless refusal is based on a breach of our terms.

2. Cancellations, Changes & Amendments

• Amendments or changes to tour bookings must be requested at least 5 days prior to the tour date and are subject to availability and approval.

• Tokyo Car Cruise reserves the right to modify itineraries due to operational, weather, traffic, or safety conditions, with no entitlement to refund.

3. Health, Safety & Liability

• Participants must be in good physical and mental condition to take part in our tours. If you have a medical condition that may affect your participation, please inform us at the time of booking.

• All guests are expected to follow instructions from guides or staff at all times.

• Tokyo Car Cruise, its affiliates, and partners are not liable for injuries, loss, or damage to personal property during the tour, except where required by law.

4. Transport & Seatbelt Use

• Seatbelts must be worn at all times while inside a vehicle during the tour. Failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the tour without refund.

• Transport is provided in premium vehicles, and passengers are expected to respect the vehicles and equipment.

5. Zero Tolerance for Drugs & Alcohol

• No alcohol, drugs, or intoxicants are permitted before or during the tour.

• If a participant is believed to be under the influence, Tokyo Car Cruise reserves the right to deny participation or cancel the tour without refund.

6. Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited:

• Weapons or firearms

• Illegal substances

• Hazardous materials

• Food or drinks (unless approved)

• Any item deemed disruptive or dangerous by staff

7. Emergency Situations

• In the event of an emergency, accident, or evacuation, guests are required to follow the instructions of Tokyo Car Cruise staff or emergency responders.

• We maintain contact with local authorities and venues for rapid response when necessary.

8. Privacy Policy

• Personal information collected during booking is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is used solely for the operation of the tour.

• Your data will never be shared or sold to third parties without consent, unless required by law.

9. Severability

• If any part of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, all other sections shall remain in full force and effect.
