1. Booking & Confirmation

• All bookings must be made through our official channels (website, email, or authorized representatives).

• Accurate and complete personal information must be provided during the booking process.

• A booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received.

• Tokyo Car Cruise reserves the right to accept or reject any booking without providing a reason.

2. Payments

• All prices are listed in U.S. Dollar (USD) unless otherwise stated.

• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• We accept major credit cards, Stripe , and other payment methods indicated on the website.

3. Cancellations & Amendments

Customer-Initiated Cancellations:

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the tour: 100% refund (minus processing fees).

• Cancellations less than 7 days before the tour: No refund.

Amendments:

• Requests for date changes must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled tour.

• All amendments are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Tokyo Car Cruise-Initiated Cancellations:

• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, vehicle issues, safety concerns). In such cases, a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.

4. Health & Safety

• Seatbelts must be worn at all times.

• No smoking, eating, or drinking inside vehicles.

• Participants must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

• You are responsible for informing us of any medical or mobility conditions that may affect your participation.

5. Liability

• Tokyo Car Cruise and its partners are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or delay caused by events beyond our control.

• Customers participate at their own risk and must follow all staff instructions during the tour.

6. Transport Conditions

• Vehicle choice is subject to availability. In the rare case a selected car becomes unavailable, a comparable vehicle will be offered.

• Tour routes and stops may be adjusted at the driver’s discretion to ensure safety and schedule integrity.

7. Prohibited Items

• Weapons, illegal substances, and flammable or hazardous materials are strictly prohibited.

• Any form of disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in immediate termination of the tour without refund.

8. Emergencies

• In case of an emergency during the tour, customers must follow the guide/driver’s instructions.

• Tokyo Car Cruise is prepared to take necessary steps for customer safety and medical assistance if required.

9. Privacy Policy

• We respect your privacy. Personal data collected during the booking process is used solely for fulfilling services and communicating with you.

• We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties without your consent.
